It has been 2012, since the passing James Armstead. Many of you are aware that Jim was an avid cook. When he wasn’t out taking care of business, you could find him home cooking up wonderful meals for his family. Out of his love for food, he created many different dishes as well as a number of spices and “rubs” to season those creations. He began to share samples of these seasonings with family, friends and clients before his illness.
